Due to COVID-19, we've had to add new policies and procedures for the health and safety of everyone.
Please read below - we thank you very much for your support & understanding!!


Booking Process:

During the booking process we will ask all clients to provide a valid cell phone number for Contactless Virtual Check-in and Text message appointment information.

Color Services & Masks:

For salon services, masks should be the type that loop behind your ears and not behind your head. Please refrain from bringing valuable masks which might be stained. Our salon will not be responsible for damaged or stained masks. As a courtesy stylists will be providing disposal masks.

Salon Arrival:

We ask you to wait in your car or outside until we notify you to enter the salon. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and only enter once we contacted you. For safety measures, our waiting areas will not be available. Help us run our day efficiently by being on time. Late clients may not be able to be serviced.

Dressing Rooms:

For proper distancing, our dressing room will be closed. We appreciate if you can bring the least amount of personal belongings into the salon. When possible, leave your coat and bags in your car.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Each appointment is very valuable to all of us.

We understand you may need to cancel your appointment. The sooner you let us know the better. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged full price. We will call you to provide us with your credit card number for that charge.



All team members will have their temperature checked before entering the salon with a non-contact thermometer and encouraged not to come to work if they are sick or have been in known contact with anyone who is ill.
All chairs and tools will be disinfected after and before each client. We will also be following strict new disinfecting guidelines throughout our salon and regularly cleaning all high touch areas.
All Coupe Sixty-One stylists are now Barbicide COVID-19 certified for the Professional Beauty Industry. This program is designed to present the most current information that is pertinent to the Professional Beauty Professional.
All beverages and magazines will be removed from our salon during this time.
Hand Sanitizer will be available at each styling station, front desk, and in various places throughout the salon for staff and clients to use.
Stylists are required to wear face masks while in our salon and while servicing clients. They will also be washing their hands before and after each client.
All Services will be by appointment only. No walk-ins.
We’re limiting the number of people in the salon at one time and have social distancing cues throughout for you to reference.
While we've all missed you during this time, we ask that we all maintain a no-contact zone during this time.


Feeling Unwell: If you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headache, loss of taste or smell, or otherwise think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment with us.
Temperature Checks:: We will be performing temperature checks on all clients entering our salon with a non-contact digital infrared thermometer. Clients with a temperature will be asked to cancel their appointment and reschedule for a later date.
Hand Sanitizer: We will require all clients to use hand sanitizer upon entering our salon.
Face Masks: All clients will be required to wear a mask for the entire time while in our salon. All face masks must be worn as intended and not partially or removed or adjusted.
Virtual Check-in: We have a new Text Check-in process to maintain social distancing, so please be on the lookout for our emails and text messages with instructions on what to do and when. Included in this will be our Covid-19 waiver.
Closed Waiting Area: Our waiting area will be unavailable. Please only enter the shop once we let you know it is safe to do so.
Solo Appointments: Please arrive for your appointment alone and 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and only enter once we contacted you.
Disabilities / Health Conditions:If you have a disability or health condition and have concerns about your ability to comply with any of the above requirements, please let us know when booking your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
